The road to higher education in the United States of America is not an easy one, especially for students from minority communities. Students from lower-income backgrounds are often under-represented in higher education due to financial barriers or lack of resources.
The competitiveness and, at times, isolating nature of academic settings, combined with the rapidly rising costs of tuition fees, study supplies, and living expenses, can make it difficult for students to pursue a college education, especially if they are the first in their family to do so or they have limited resources.

The Equal Opportunity No-Essay scholarship seeks to support underrepresented students who are chasing their higher education dreams with little or no support.
Any underrepresented minority who is a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student may apply for this scholarship opportunity. This scholarship is focused on needy and ambitious students.
At the end of the draw, 2 winners will be announced and each will be awarded $500. This scholarship is accepting applications until September 30th, 2024 and the winners will be announced on the 31st October, 2024.
